Kolejna podstawka chłopskich pikinierów. Tym razem dowództwo ze sztandarem wzorowanym na widniejącym na jednej z kart 12 Artykułów wspomnianych w poprzednim poście.
Na sztandarze widnieje pług na białym tle. Obok chłopskiego buta był on jednym z symboli buntowników.
Figurki to mieszanka Persów z Xystona (pikinierzy) oraz landsknech z Venexii (sztandarowy) i siedemnastowieczny Szwed Wargamera (dobosz). Ta ostatnia figurka to limitowana wersja próbna, którą dostałem od ludzi z Wargamera podczas jakichś pokazów. Niestety jest zrobiona z bardzo twardego metalu i usuwanie nadlewek oraz śladów po formie kosztowało mnie nieco wysiłku i nerwów. Dobrze że przy seryjnej produkcji figurek Wargamer skorzystał już ze stopu bardziej poddajacego się obróbce.
Next stand of peasant pikemen. This time it's a command with a banner. Banner comes from the drawing on one of pages of 12 Articles mentioned in previous post.
On the banner there is a plough. Together with the peasant shoe it was one of the symbols of rebel peasants.
Figures are a mix of Persians from Xyston (pikemen), Venexia's landsknecht (standard bearer) and 17th Century Swede from Wargamer (drummer). The last figure is a limited test casting I got from Wargamer crew during some show. Unfortunately it is casted in hard metal so it has cost me a lot of work and nerves to remove some mold lines. It's good that when casting their later figures Wargamer has used softer material.
